Miso Gajic, BBA

After completing his degree at Mount Royal University, Miso began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the International Tax group, where he gained extensive experience in both taxation and accounting. It was during this time that he discovered his passion for business and entrepreneurship.
In 2011, he left PwC to pursue his vision of building his own accounting practice — a venture that continues to grow and evolve today. In 2018, Miso expanded into the cannabis industry, where he successfully opened and operated multiple retail stores, later sold in 2021. His entrepreneurial pursuits have also extended into residential and commercial real estate across both the United States and Canada.
Miso brings over 18 years of extensive experience in accounting and taxation. His diverse background provides a comprehensive understanding of both personal and corporate finance, allowing him to advise clients with insight, integrity, and strategic foresight.
As the founder, Miso leads the firm’s core functions — including Sales, Relationship Management, Marketing, and Consulting. He plays a pivotal role in shaping growth strategies, strengthening client engagement, and ensuring excellence across every aspect of the business. His leadership is characterized by collaboration, transparency, and a results-driven focus that empowers both his team and clients to achieve lasting success.
He is well known for his ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights, enabling clients to make confident decisions aligned with their goals. Tyler Le, CPA, CGA
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Helping corporations, startups, and individuals achieve their business and financial goals has been the focus of Tyler’s 12+ years of experience.
He brings expertise in corporate accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, treasury operations, and tax, supporting publicly traded corporations in industries including oil & gas, mining, and cannabis. Tyler has collaborated with external business consultants to establish IT systems, strengthen internal controls, and manage audit
engagements, helping organizations achieve their strategic objectives.
In his public practice, Tyler works with startups and independent professionals to structure their businesses for long-term success. He assists clients in implementing accounting systems, setting up software, and building financial foundations that allow business owners to focus on growth and key priorities.
Tyler holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Mount Royal University (MRU) and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA). While at MRU, he developed a passion for taxation and tutored fellow students—an early example of the mentorship and client-centered support he continues to provide today.
